How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our focus is our customer's satisfaction, not our profit. Our business has a bad reputation with focusing on profit, our goal is to change that. Don't want us to do the service, we'll sell you the product directly, no problem. We'll even deliver it. Just ask. Again, our goal is your satisfaction as the customer.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently have two locations and want to expand across the DFW metroplex over the next few years
Provide detailed directions to your location
We come to you. It would be hard for you to bring your door to us to fix, so we come to you.
What type of payments do you accept?
Almost any. We prefer Cash or Check, but VISA or MC are accepted as well.
Which areas do you service?
We service everywhere north of 635 (820 in Ft. Worth) and south of Sanger East to McKinney and West to Keller or even Blue Mound. Ask us nicely, we would probably even travel further.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We have two partners that run this company and run most of our calls. When an owner doesn't run the call one of us will always follow-up with the customer to make sure they are satisfied.
What are your hours of operation?
24 hours in emergency or standard hours are 8-8 7 days a week. We take off a few days near Christmas but are almost always available other than that.
