What is your primary product or service?
Providing enterprise capital in the form of (1) factoring receivables; (2) trade finance of invoices; (3) equipment leasing; (4) equity and other debt. Also providing enterprises with alternative risk financing mechanisms.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I entered the insurance business just after school. I learned all about the company and agency sides of the business first and then about managing risk from the buyer side. Over the years, the morphed into an independent consultant providing a wide array of financial and risk services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
1. I am totally independent. No constricting rules or regulations from a headquarters to limit what I can do for my clients. 2. A history of being unconstrained by conventional thinking on finance and risk issues. 3. I have a boutique operation, and I am involved in almost all of the work. I do not shuffle my clients off to minions to do all the work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have only 1 location, and I don't intend to expand.

My primary area of operations is the DFW metroplex, but I have clients all over the US.
